Maize maze madness for Cravendale
Get lost! That's the message from the Cravendale team who is challenging the public to see if they can negotiate their way round a 10ft tall maize maze.
The living labyrinth, which is in the shape of a Cravendale cow, has been grown by farmers Sarah and Jim Williams who supply Arla with fresh milk on their land at Jowett House Farm in Cawthorne, near Barnsley as a way of diversifying their business.
Caroline Baker, Cravendale assistant brand manager, said: "This is an innovative way of using available resources and generating business. It is also a great way to educate people about the countryside and the farming industry. Visit www.maizemaze.com orwww.cravendale.com for details this summer of a great day out for you and your family."
