Aylesbury dairy wins an Aylesbury Vale District Council design award
Aylesbury dairy has been chosen as one of the winners of an Aylesbury Vale District Council design award.
It was one of three projects awarded a plaque for outstanding design and was chosen by a five-strong judging panel which included Aylesbury district councillors Sue Polhill and Carole Paternoster and Aylesbury Waterside Theatre architect Norman Bragg.
Arla was presented with its certificate at the 20th annual district council design awards ceremony in Aylesbury last night (27 November).
Councillor Polhill, cabinet member for planned development, design and conservation, said: "e are very proud to be celebrating 20 years of high quality design in the district.
"Through the design awards we have shown our great appreciation and esteem for the efforts of architects, designers and their clients for a considerable variety of excellent schemes, from the modest to the exceptional, which share the common characteristics of having been very carefully considered and very well executed."
