Arla earmarks up to 3 eurocent per kilo of milk for sustainability activities in addition to the existing 1 eurocent for submitting Climate Check data. Based on the cooperative’s current milk volume, this corresponds to a total of up to 500 mEUR annually.

Arla Foods confirms farmgate milk price increase for July 2022
From 1st July 2022, the Arla on-account price will increase by 2.0 €c/kg for conventional milk and 1.0 €c/kg for organic milk. This will increase Arla’s farmgate milk price for the standard manufacturing litre by 1.66 pence per litre (ppl) to 49.45 ppl for conventional and 0.74 ppl for organic, taking the organic milk price to 55.11 ppl. The quarterly currency exchange rate adjustment will negatively impact the on-account price by 0.12 ppkg.

From 1 June 2022, there will be an increase of 5.0 €c/kg to the Arla on-account price for both conventional and organic milk. This will increase Arla’s farmgate milk price for the standard manufacturing litre by 4.49 pence per litre to 47.79 ppl for conventional and 54.34 ppl for organic milk.
